These Terms apply to your use of the Safrova website at safrovatravel.com and the Safrova mobile app.
What Safrova does
Safrova helps you search and compare travel options from airlines, hotels, and other travel partners. Safrova is a travel search service; it does not sell tickets, make reservations, or take payments.
When you choose an option, you continue to the partner’s website or service to review the offer and, if you choose, complete your booking.
Search results and prices
Prices, schedules, availability, and offer details come from travel partners and can change at any time. Taxes, baggage, seat fees, and other extras may not be included in the first price you see.
Check the full price and all booking details on the partner’s website before you confirm. Safrova does not guarantee that every result is complete, current, or available.
Bookings and payments
The travel partner handles your booking, payment, confirmation, changes, cancellations, and refunds. Your booking is subject to that partner’s terms and policies.
For help with a booking or payment, contact the partner you booked with. Safrova cannot change or cancel a partner booking.
Partner links
Some links are affiliate links. If you follow one and later book with a partner, Safrova may receive a commission. This does not add a Safrova fee to your booking; the partner’s displayed price and terms apply.
Partner websites are run by others and have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those before sharing information or booking.
Using Safrova
Use Safrova lawfully and do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse search results. We may update or temporarily limit parts of the service as needed.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on the website or in the app. The “Last updated” date shows when this page was last revised.
